Role Insight
We are now looking for a 'Working' Site Manager, responsible for Landfill/ Muck operations at our site in Ellistown, Leicestershire. Duties will include the daily operation of the D6 Dozer as well as managing 3 members of staff including a Weighbridge Operator and a Labourer.
Reporting to the CEO of Operations, this individual will be required to implement the company Health & Safety and SHEQ policies as well as statutory on-site regulations, ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors alike. A high level of housekeeping is required.
Key Skills/Qualifications required

We are looking for an individual with previous management experience with an operational focus. A minimum of 5 years experience operating a D6 Dozer is required, however a ticket/ qualification is not essential.

This individual will need to have a hands on approach to work as they will be required to operate the D6 as well as manage the site. The ability to "think on your feet" whilst maintaining H&S and Environmental compliance at all times.
Flexibility is a requirement for this role as the successful candidate will be required to work the operational hours of the site Mon- Fri and Saturday mornings. In return, you will receive a salary of circa £50,000 per annum and a company vehicle.
