Role Insight

We are now recruiting for a skilled Administrator with a high attention to detail and accuracy to join our Workshop function based in Ellington, Huntingdon. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager, this individual will work alongside the existing admin team to support the daily maintenance function. Duties will include:

  • Managing the pro-forma process, making sure correct sign off is obtained before inputting into system and emailing supplier

  • Responsible for the accurate processing of a high volume of invoices on a daily basis; ensuring all information is correct and logged onto system.

  • To ensure effective maintenance of internal systems with the input of accurate and comprehensive data.

  • Effectively resolve any invoice queries. This will include liaising with suppliers and senior management.

  • To build good working relationships with suppliers, ensuring queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

  • Any other tasks deemed appropriate to fully support the Engineering Director & Plant Maintenance Manager.

Key Skills/Qualifications required
  • Excellent PC Skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Previous experience of working with MS Dynamics software would be highly desirable.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Good ‘all-rounder’ with excellent teamwork skills.

  • Effective communicator with a good phone manner

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Previous experience of working within the Heavy Plant/ Construction industry would be advantageous

  • Due to the location of the role, a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle is a necessity.
