Due to continued business success and expansion we now are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team at Mick George Limited.

Role Insight

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Mick George digital marketing strategy using a selection of digital marketing tactics to target new customers and increase online sales. This will include delivering targeted email campaigns, organising promotions, developing search engine optimisation strategies, managing paid search campaigns, and managing online PR, display advertising, social media techniques plus measuring results through google analytics.

  • Drive online customer acquisition utilising a range of digital channels including, but not limited to SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social and Affiliates.
  • Work with the sales team and develop new customer acquisition plans for all company brands, products and services.
  • Develop, design and manage online display advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Update existing website using bespoke content management system.
  • Manage the Mick George email marketing strategy including lead nurturing and marketing automation.
  • Research, identify and implement new online and offline tactics to drive more traffic to the website.
  • Monitor online traffic to highlight areas for search and/or website improvement.
  • Optimise and manage SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Manage social media to drive website traffic and sales, creating content that engages with our customers.
  • Complete keyword research and write keyword rich copy for webpages.
  • Increase website visitors, leads and online sales for the Mick George website.
  • Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimisation elements of the Mick George website.
  • Assist with reporting, analysis and on-going optimisation of all marketing channels using Facebook, Hootsuite, AdWords, Dotmailer and Google to improve conversion and retention of site visitors.
  • Manage website structure, navigation, performance and functionality across devices.
  • Develop the online customer journey and work to make this as high quality and engaging as possible.
  • Keep abreast of digital developments so that the business remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Manage and update all products and content on Mick George Group websites.
Key Skills/Qualifications required
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in working in a digital marketing/ecommerce role is required
  • Able to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in creating and managing PPC campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Social Media platforms i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
  • Experience in running successful online marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B companies
  • Google certified: SEO, Adwords and Analytics would be preferred
  • Previous experience of Magento platform and Dotmailer email platform would be beneficial
