Due to continued success and expansion our busy Sales operation is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Skip Sales Coordinator. The role is a varied one and the successful candidate will be positive, pro-active and hungry for career progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick off your sales career within the waste and construction industry.

Role Insight
  • Answering incoming sales calls from existing and prospective business and residential customers

  • Pricing business and residential customer sales enquiries using pricing resources provided

  • Taking orders and processing payments for residential customers that you have priced

  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and gather further information on all enquiries

  • Entering all quotations into the CRM system, recording notes and maintaining your individual pipeline by continuing contact with the customer

  • Converting quotations into orders via regular customer contact

  • Cross-referencing daily online enquiries created to ensure all cross-selling opportunities are maximised

  • Building working relationships with customers

  • Undertaking sales/marketing campaigns

  • Meet KPI’s for Sales campaigns and proactive call outs

  • Feeding back KPI statistics to management on a weekly basis

Key Skills/Qualifications required
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

  • Previous experience of working within a high-volume sales department is beneficial but not essential

  • Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach

  • Good attention to detail

  • Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning

  • Proactive with excellent problem solving, with the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

  • Ability to work towards targets and KPIs

  • Good IT skills
