Role Insight
Due to continued success and expansion, we are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to provide full administrative support to our Building Services team.
 
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
• Answer phone calls and redirect where necessary
• Liaise with Surveyors and Project Managers in the field
• Organise and schedule appointments
• Administer and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist with ordering materials from suppliers
• Update multiple computer systems with details of works in progress
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain an effective filling system
• Maintain contact lists in compliance with GDPR
• Liaise with office co-workers and assist with any additional administrative duties required
Key Skills/Qualifications required
• Computer literate with basic MS office skills
• Effective communicator with a good telephone manner
• Methodical and organised approach to work
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
• Candidates with various levels of experience will be considered for this role
