Role Insight

Due to continued success and expansion, our Facilities Management business is now seeking an experienced and pro-active Regional Facilities Manager with experience in delivering hard FM services to a multitude of clients to include, but not limited to the following:

  • M&E

  • HVAC

  • Refrigeration

  • Catering Equipment

  • Building Fabric

  • Landscaping

  • Water Hygiene

  • Sprinkler Systems

  • Fire detection and suppression

The successful candidate will also be required to produce RAMS and PPM schedules and programme in reactive works. They will work alongside other members of the Facilities Management team and the wider business to deliver a first-class service to the client.

Key Skills/Qualifications required
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Facilities Management projects.

  • Highly customer focussed with excellent customer service skills

  • Attention to detail is key with the ability to deliver high standards of work within a high-pressure environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance

  • Confident manager

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • CSCS Card would be desirable
